ORNITHOLOGY PROJECT 

IN CLASS: I will demonstrate how to simplify a sketch of the skeleton and use the head to measure proportions. I'll also show you how to sketch from a reference photo.

Homework: You will compose a complete bird illustration in the style of your choice. You may work from reference photos or copy a master print, drawing, or painting.
